Companies join to provide workforce safety and security measures to the construction industry

Atlanta, GA (December 10, 2013) eVerifile and the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association (MITA) announced today a strategic partnership, focused on safety and security, that will offer extensive background checks and online safety training to all MITA members in the construction industry.

MITA, a statewide construction association that consists of nearly 600 Michigan companies, and eVerifile will kick-off their partnership in December. Under this partnership, eVerifile will provide employee background checks that will include a comprehensive search of the National Criminal Data Check and State Motor Vehicle Reports.

A leader in workforce and contractor screening solutions, eVerifile will partner with MITA to provide these workforce management solutions to help mitigate safety and security risks on construction sites. In addition, MITA members will have the opportunity to take advantage of eVerifile’s additional risk management services, such as, national criminal background checks, drug testing, badging & credentialing.
